Advanced course on Comparative Genomics & Metagenomics

The workshop is for researchers who are interested in adding genomics and metagenomics information to their research, whether samples derive from the human or the environment. The lectures and exercises will be discussed on common questions i.e. study design, sampling, data processing and interpretation of the data. Additional time will be devoted for the discussion of participant’s specific research interest.
