ศูนย์โรคกล้ามเนื้ออ่อนแรงศิริราช

เมื่อวันที่ 7 มิถุนายน 2566 ที่ผ่านมา

ทางศูนย์เป็นเลิศโรคกล้ามเนื้ออ่อนแรงศิริราช ได้รับเลือกเป็น 1 ใน 3 โปรแกรมที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนไข้จาก APPIS Innovation Program 2023 โดยมี 31 โปรแกรมจาก 16 ประเทศจากภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิกที่ส่งเข้าเสนอ ซึ่งทางเราได้นำเสนอ Neuromuscular-Get-Trophy program (โปรแกรม นิวโรมัสกูลาร์เกทโทฟี่) อยู่ในประเภท Health Policy shaping หรือ การทำงานเชิงนโยบายด้านสุขภาพเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วย ทางศูนย์ฯ มุ่งมั่งพัฒนาและออกแบบโปรแกรมเพื่อส่งเสริมและผลักดันกลุ่มผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแลให้สามารถเชื่อมโยงและขับเคลื่อนประเด็นด้านคุณภาพชีวิต การคัดกรองทารกแรก หรือการเข้าถึงการบริการ โดยเราเชื่อว่ากลุ่มผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแลมีศักยภาพในการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายสุขภาพและสาธารณะสุขผ่าน "เสียง" ของพวกเขาเอง

2023 WINNERS

In 2023, the program received 31 impressive applications from patient organizations spanning 16 countries within the region. Each submission underwent a rigorous evaluation process, considering five key criteria: impact, innovation, potential to scale, fit to category, and progression.

An esteemed expert panel of judges selected the three winners from a shortlist of five finalists. The winners will receive support to help them scale and improve their existing programs in the form of mentoring, networking opportunities, funding, and coaching.

Siriraj Center of Research Excellence in Neuromuscular Disease’s Neuromuscular-Get-Trophy program aims to widen the accessibility and awareness of newborn screening for neuromuscular diseases through partnerships that will reduce screening costs and connect patient groups through policy advocacy and workshops.
