ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการฝึกทักษะระบบจำลอง (SiMSET)

ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา ศูนย์ SiMSET ได้มีการพัฒนาแนวคิดด้าน Simulation-based Interprofessional Education (SiM-IPE) อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมุ่งหวังให้ simulation ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงเครื่องมือสำหรับการจัดการเรียนการสอน แต่สามารถนำมาใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพ (system integration) และการพัฒนาคุณภาพโรงพยาบาลได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

โครงการการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการการทำงานร่วมกันของสหสาขาวิชาชีพผ่านสถานการณ์จำลอง ECPR (Interprofessional Simulation-Based Training in ECPR) วันที่ 15 พ.ค. 2569 นี้ เกิดขึ้นจากความร่วมมือของหลายสหสาขาวิชาชีพ ทั้งทีมเวชศาสตร์ฉุกเฉิน (ER), ภาควิชาอายุรศาสตร์หทัยวิทยา (Cardiology), ภาควิชาศัลยศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาศัลยศาสตร์หัวใจ และทรวงอก (CVT) , หอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโรคหัวใจ (CCU),ห้องปฏิบัติการสวนหัวใจและหลอดเลือด (Cath Lab) , ทีม Perfusionist ตลอดจนทีมสนับสนุนที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาแนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยในสถานการณ์วิกฤตที่มีความซับซ้อนและเกิดขึ้นไม่บ่อย แต่มีความสำคัญสูงต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า simulation เป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบบริการ สร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันของทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยอย่างยั่งยืน

Application of Simulation-based Interprofessional Education for Healthcare System Development and Patient Safety

Over the years, SiMSET has continuously advanced the concept of Simulation-based Interprofessional Education (SiM-IPE), with the vision that simulation should serve not only as an educational tool, but also as a practical approach to support healthcare system integration and hospital quality improvement.

The Interprofessional Simulation-Based Training in ECPR was established through collaboration among multiple disciplines, including the Emergency Medicine team (ER), the Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine, the Division of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery, Department of Surgery, the CCU, Cath Lab, Perfusionists, and other supporting personnel. The project aims to collaboratively develop patient care approaches for complex, high-risk, low-frequency clinical situations that have significant implications for patient safety.

This collaboration highlights the role of simulation as an important tool for healthcare system improvement, fostering shared understanding among interprofessional teams, and supporting sustainable patient safety development.
