แบคทีเรีย: Shigella spp./ Enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC), Campylobacter spp., Clostridium difficile toxin B, Hypervirulent C. difficile, Vibrio spp., Yersinia enterocolitica, Aeromonas spp., Salmonellaspp., Escherichia coli O157, Shiga toxin genes (stx1/stx2), eaeA gene for Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC), lt/st gene for Enterotoxigenic E. coli(ETEC), aggR gene for Enteroaggregative E. coli (EAEC) ไวรัส: Norovirus GI, Norovirus GII, Rotavirus A, Adenovirus (Serotype 40/41), Astrovirus, Sapovirus (Genogroups G1, 2, 4)

• สิ่งส่งตรวจที่ส่งหลังเวลา 13:00 น. ของวันอังคาร จะถูกนำไปทดสอบในรอบถัดไป

แบบฟอร์ม Siriraj Hospital RLU สำหรับการส่งตรวจ Multiplex Panel Testing ได้แก่ Respiratory Pathogen (RP) Panel, Meningo-encephalitis (ME) panel, และ Gastrointestinal (GI) Panel
ขอให้แพทย์ผู้ส่งตรวจแนบแบบฟอร์มมาพร้อมใบขอตรวจและสิ่งส่งตรวจทุกครั้งและ ระบุข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วนในทุกหัวข้อของแบบฟอร์ม เพื่อให้การพิจารณาการส่งตรวจเป็นไปอย่างสมเหตุสมผล หากระบุข้อมูลไม่ครบถ้วนอาจถูกปฏิเสธสิ่งส่งตรวจตามนโยบาย RLU ของโรงพยาบาลฯ"
