Minimally Invasive Surgery is now very popular in gastrointestinal tract surgery. Many special instruments, such as endostaples, hemostasis devices, and robotic systems, have been developed for specific procedures. We will present 4-5 interesting cases from different MIS centers around the world using special devices, instruments, or new robotic system.
