| Question : | My name is Sokhan Lao born on 07/07/1948 from Cambodia and my ID.H.N 53946624 I was appointed to see doctor by 30/04/2020 could not go due to the COVID-19 so I consulted with doctor in Cambodia I was recommended to continue the medicine from Siriraj. I also have appointment with chemotherapy doctor in Siriraj by 14 July 2020.if I could not go Chemo specialist doctor in Cambodianeed all the chemo document from siriraj hospital.
