CURRICULUM

Pi-shaped Graduate Program
in Biodesign in Medicine

Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital opened the Pi-shaped Graduate Program in Biodesign in Medicine in collaboration with the Faculty of Medical Technology and the Faculty of Engineering at Mahidol University. Learning/teaching activities were provided for the interdisciplinary Doctor of Medicine program with a focus on innovating the medical innovations. This unique program allows medical students to simultaneously pursue a Master's degree in Biodesign in Medicine. The curriculum aims to produce physician innovators. Upon successful completion, students will earn both a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Master of Science (in Biodesign in Medicine) degree.
