Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital opened the Master of Science Program in Biodesign in Medicine (Special Program for Medical Student) in collaboration with the Faculty of Medical Technology and the Faculty of Engineering at Mahidol University. Learning/teaching activities were provided for the interdisciplinary Doctor of Medicine program with a focus on innovating the medical innovations. This unique program allows medical students to simultaneously pursue a Master's degree in Biodesign in Medicine. The curriculum aims to produce physician innovators. Upon successful completion, students will earn both a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Master of Science (in Biodesign in Medicine) degree.
