S13 : R2R in medical education(Thai language)
   Routine to research or R2R is the process of transforming routine works into a research study or question. How good would it be to be able to turn routine work into research without needed to dedicate extra-time? Many people in a field of health science education might familiar or have heard of R2R limited to just in the clinical setting research, whereas lacking to recognized the potential of R2R on their education work. In this section, many R2R expert speakers would share a concept, guidance on how to set up R2R in health science "routine" educational work.

Assist. Prof. Pairoj Boonluksiri, M.D., Assistant Professor in the Division of Pediatric, Hat Yai Hospital and head of R2R group, south area. He was completed Fellowship in Pediatric EEG, Royal Children Hospital, Melbourne, Australia and Fellowship in Medical education (Assessment) , University of Illinois at Chicago, USA.

Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University
Assist. Prof. Chaiyapruk. Kusumaphanyo, M.D., assistant professor in division of Anesthesiology, Faculty of medicine, Srinakharinwirot University. He attended the fellowship in Medical Education, University of Illinois at Chicago, USA and master of Medical Education, University of Dundee, UK. He is also the committee of medical education, consortium of Thai medical schools.

Akarin Nimmannit, M.D.
Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University

Akarin Nimmannit, M.D., instructor in the Division of Clinical Epidemiology at Siriraj hospital. He was awarded the Prince Mahidol’s Inherit Scholarship to study Health Research Methodology at McMaster University, Canada. When he returned to Siriraj Hospital, he joined the R2R group which focused on staff learning through research conduction on the routine work.

Dr. Prong Kongsubto is a CEO of Silicon Craft technology and deputy managing director at Spansion. He is also a research Specialist at Tdri Foundation of Thailand Development Research Institute. With many years of experience in the leading business focusing on the development of technology and innovative products to connect with various sensors for medical and health equipment e.g., the patient’s self-health monitoring (biosensor interface) through the connection with the hospital with a smartphone.
