S9 : EPA in Thailand
Entrustable Professional Activities (EPA) is an educational approach in medical schools that has been popularized in recent years. In this approach, a training program defines key professional activities that trainees are expected to performed and used various kinds of workplace-based assessment to determine whether trainers can allow their trainees to perform those activities. EPA has been implemented widely in western countries and has expanded into many training programs in Southeast Asia (including Thailand) in the past few years. In this session, speakers will showcase the uses of EPA in many institutes in Thailand.
