ภาควิชากุมารเวชศาสตร์ DEPARTMENT OF PEDIATRICS หลักสูตรแพทยศาสตรบัณฑิต การจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ทางคลินิก ปรับปรุงพัฒนาสื่อการสอน ดังนี้ - กรณีศึกษาซึ่งเป็นโรคหรือภาวะที่พบบ่อยในผู้ป่วยเด็ก โดยน��ำเสนอเป็นคลิปวีดีทัศน์ของอาการแสดง การตรวจ ร่างกายที่มีความผิดปกติต่าง ๆ - พัฒนาการสอนทักษะหัตถการพื้นฐานในผู้ป่วยเด็ก - ปรับปรุงเอกสาร pediatric survival guidebook การวัดและประเมินผล การรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากผู้เรียน รับนศพ.elective study จากต่างสถาบันทั้งในและ นอกประเทศ หลักสูตรหลังปริญญา ภาควิชาฯ มีกระบวนการคัดเลือกแพทย์ประจ��ำบ้านที่ดี ผ่านระบบการสอบสมัภาษณ์ สามารถรบัแพทย์เขา้มาฝกึอบรม ได้ครบตามจ��ำนวนที่ต้องการ และแพทย์เมื่อผ่านการอบรม สามารถสอบผ่านวุฒิบัตรความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้าน กุมารเวชศาสตร์ทุกคน และไปปฏิบัติงานเพื่อสนองต่อความ ต้องการของประเทศ ระบบการเรียนการสอนส่งเสริมการกระตุ้น การเรียนรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมวิชาการต่างๆ รวมถึงระบบการประเมิน ที่มีหลายรูปแบบ นอกจากนี้แพทย์ประจ��ำบ้านยังมีอาจารย์ ประจ��ำแต่ละชั้นปีดูแลควบคู่กับอาจารย์สายรหัส เพื่อให้สามารถ ให้ค��ำแนะน��ำปรึกษาอย่างรวดเร็วและทั่วถึง ภาควิชาฯ ยังมีการ สนบัสนนุแพทยป์ระจำ��บา้นในโครงการแลกเปลีย่นแพทยป์ระจ��ำ บ้านกับนานาชาติ เข้าศึกษาดูงานที่มหาวิทยาลัย UCLA ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และรับแพทย์ประจ��ำบ้านจาก UCLA เข้า ศึกษาดูงานที่ภาควิชาฯ เช่นกัน การรับเชิญเป็นวิทยากร / Invitation Speaker Undergraduate program Providing clinical experience Improving teaching and learning materials - The case studies: the video-clip of case studies including the common problems in pediatrics, the abnormal physical findings - Basic procedural skills - Pediatric Survival guidebook Evaluation Ventilation and feedback Exchange medical student and visiting program from local and international institutes Postgraduate Program Through our transparent interviews and selection processes, we were able to fill high-qualified pediatric residents each year to the program. All of our graduates after passing their national board examination were able to practice in various pediatric facilities at their highest capacity. During pediatric residency training, the residents gain educational experiences through various didactic teaching sessions or conferences. There have been various methods to assess the resident’s performances during their training. During pediatric residency training, our program provided individual mentors and group advisors to ensure resident’s supports in every aspect. We do support the resident to join international exchange program. In the past, which each of them spent their months at UCLA medical center, USA.
