SiPH มุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง SiPH Focus on Constant Personnel Competency Development โดยในปี 2559 เน้นการสร้างทีมบริการที่เข้มแข็ง จึงได้จัด กิจกรรม “Serve Other สร้างทีมบริการที่เข้มแข็ง” ให้ผู้บริหาร และพนักงาน จ��ำนวน 1,438 คน จ��ำนวน 13 รุ่น กิจกรรมดังกล่าว จัดขึ้นเพื่อ เสริมความเข้าใจ ในพฤติกรรมที่สอดคล้อง กับ Core Competency ของโรงพยาบาล โดยเฉพาะ “Serve Others” สร้างทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการบริการได้อย่างเหมาะสม ตลอดจน มุ่งมั่นในการตอบสนองความต้องการและการบริการของผู้ป่วย (ผู้รับบริการทั้งภายในและภายนอก) ด้วยหัวใจและความปรารถนาดี และการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร. อัจฉรา จุ้ยเจริญ วิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร และการจัดการ เรียนรู้ผ่านกิจกรรม มาด��ำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม ผลการด��ำเนินงานปีงบประมาณ 2558 Operating Results for Fiscal Year 2015 SiPH พัฒนาและเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยในปี 2558 สามารถรองรับการบริการผู้ป่วยในและผู้ป่วยนอก มากขึ้น รวมถึงการขยายตัวของศูนย์รักษาโรคเฉพาะทาง จ��ำนวน 4 ศูนย์ ได้แก่ ศูนย์เวชศาสตร์ฟื้นฟู ศูนย์ตา ศูนย์ ทันตกรรม และศูนย์หู คอ จมูก SiPH has developed and grown continuously. In 2015, the hospital could support and provide services for in-patients and out-patients increasingly 4 more specialized medical centers i.e. Rehabilitation Center, Eye and Lasik Center, Dental Center and Ear Nose Throat Center were also established. In 2016, it focuses on building a strong service team. Thus, the “Serve Others, Building a Strong Service Team” activity was organized for 1,438 executives and employees in 13 courses. Such activity was held for the purpose of enhancing the understanding of behavior consistent with Core Competency of the hospital, especially “Serve Others”, creating appropriate service attitudes and behaviors and aiming at responding patients’ demands and services (Both in-patients and out-patients) with heart and best wishes. It is an honor to have Dr. Atchara Juicharoen, a lecturer specialized in organizational culture creation and activity-based learning management, to carry out this activity.
