ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 4 องค์กรที่มีการบริหารจัดการเป็นเลิศอย่าง ยั่งยืน (Management Excellence and Sustainability) วัตถุประสงค์เชิงกลยุทธ์ พัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการเพื่อสนับสนุนให้คณะฯ เป็นองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง (High Performance Organization) สามารถแข่งขันได้ในระดับสากลและเจริญ เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนในปี 2561 1. บริหารการเงินเพื่อความยั่งยืน (Leverage Financial Sustainability) 2. ขับเคลื่อนองค์กรด้วยระบบสารสนเทศ (Develop IT - driven Organization) 3. ส่งเสริมธรรมาภิบาลและการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นเลิศ (Enhance Good Governance & Management Excellence) การบริหารจัดการมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศทั้งในด้านการเงิน การคลัง การงบประมาณ การพัสดุ การบริหารทรัพย์สิน โดยรักษา ความมั่นคงและสมดุลระหว่างรายจ่ายและรายได้ เพื่อให้เกิดความ ยั่งยืนขององค์กร จัดการด้านพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม การน��ำระบบ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อขับเคลื่อนองค์กร การจัดท��ำ แผนแม่บทด้านสารสนเทศที่ส��ำคัญ การส่งเสริมธรรมาภิบาลและการบริหารจัดการสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ด้วยข้อมูลการบริหารจัดการ ผลการด��ำเนินงานด้านยุทธศาสตร์ ผลการด��ำเนินงานของระดับคณะฯจนถึงระดับภาควิชา กระบวนการ ตรวจสอบภายใน และระบบบริหารความเสี่ยง และการบูรณาการ การจัดการองค์กรตามมาตรฐานสากลด้วยเกณฑ์ TQA เพื่อสนับสนุน ให้คณะฯ เป็นองค์กรแห่งความเป็นเลิศ โดยผ่านการรับรอง TQC ใน ปี 2559 และผ่านการรับรอง TQA ในปี 2562 4th Strategy: Strategic Objective 1. Leverage financial sustainability 2. Develop IT - driven organization 3. Enhance good governance and management excellence Operate an administration towards excellence in terms of financial, public finance, budgeting, supplies, and asset management, by controlling stability and balance between income and expense for the sustainable growth of the organization. Manage energy and environment, apply and utilize the information technology system in order to drive the organization forward, and design essential informative model scheme. Promote good governance and administration towards excellence by administrative information, strategic achievement, working outcomes from the Faculty to departmental level, internal investigation and risk management procedures, and an integration and organization management based on TQA, in order to promote the Faculty to be an organization towards excellence which are certified by TQC in 2016, and TQA in 2019. กลยุทธ์ Management Excellence and Sustainability Develop the administrative system in order to promote the Faculty to be a high performance organization which is competitive in the international level and maintain its sustainable development within 2018 Initiative 28 รายงานประจ��ำปี 2558 คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล
