Create a research infrastructure to excel bi-directional research (bench bedside community) 2. Promote international visibility and global presence Towards research excellence and leading institution, create a research infrastructure in order to increase the research capability, aim to the multidisciplinary research, basic to clinical research, and social research, in order to develop innovations in the national level, promote research policy, develop the innovation and intellectual property man agement system, implement national and international research networks, promote the research network and produce research works with global medical institutions, promote the initiation of international short training courses, promote the establishment of ‘Siriraj Academic Community Enterprise (SiACE)’ in order to facilitate international medical and health sciences academic conferences, utilize the international academic networking collaborations to exchange knowledge and experiences by carrying out academic personnel exchange between the Faculty and global leading institutions to give lectures, instructions, exchange ideas and experiences, allocate funding for personnel to present academic works in the global stage in order to distribute academic works and the Faculty’s reputation in the global presence. ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 2 ความเป็นเลิศด้านการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ (Research & Academic Excellence) วัตถุประสงค์เชิงกลยุทธ์ เพื่อเพิ่มผลงานตีพิมพ์และการอ้างอิงในระดับนานาชาติ และความมีชื่อเสียงด้านวิชาการให้เป็นที่ยอมรับในเวทีโลก กลยุทธ์ 1. สร้างระบบสนับสนุนพื้นฐานเพื่อความเป็นเลิศของการวิจัย แบบครบวงจร (ห้องปฏิบัติการ การบริการรักษา สังคม (Create a research infrastructure to excel bi-directional research (bench bedside community)) 2. ส่งเสริมองค์กรให้เป็นที่ยอมรับในเวทีโลก (Promote International Visibility and Global Presence) เพื่อความเป็นเลิศด้านการวิจัยและเป็นผู้น��ำการวิจัย สร้างระบบสนับสนุนพื้นฐานการวิจัยอย่างครบวงจร เพื่อเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพของงานวิจัย มุ่งเป้างานวิจัยแบบสหสาขาวิชา งานวิจัยแบบแปลงานวิจัยพื้นฐานสู่งานวิจัยคลินิก และสู่งานวิจัย เพื่อสังคม เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่ไปใช้ประโยชน์ในระดับชาติ และ ผลักดันงานวิจัยด้านนโยบาย พัฒนาระบบการบริหารนวัตกรรม และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและแปลงทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาเป็นทุน อย่างครบวงจร สร้างเครือข่ายวิจัยระดับชาติและนานาชาติ ส่งเสริม เครือข่ายวิจัยและผลิตผลงานวิจัยร่วมกับสถาบันทางการแพทย์ ระดับโลก รวมทั้งส่งเสริมการจัดตั้งหลักสูตรการอบรมระยะสั้น ระดับนานาชาติ และการจัดตั้งศูนย์ Siriraj Academic Community Enterprise (SiACE) เพื่อเป็นหน่วยงานที่อ��ำนวยความสะดวก ในการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติด้านการแพทย์และ สาธารณสุข รวมทั้งการน��ำความร่วมมือของเครือข่ายวิชาการ ระดับนานาชาตมิาแลกเปลี่ยนความร้แูละประสบการณ ์โดยมีการ แลกเปลี่ยนบุคลากรสายวิชาการระหว่างคณะฯ กับมหาวิทยาลัย ชั้นน��ำของโลกให้มาบรรยาย สอน แสดงและเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยน ประสบการณ์ มีการจัดสรรทุนสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรไปน��ำเสนอ บทความทางวิชาการในเวทีต่างๆ เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ และเกียรติภูมิของคณะฯ ให้เป็นที่ยอมรับในเวทีโลก ANNUAL REPORT 2015 25 FACULTY OF MEDICINE SIRIRAJ HOSPITAL
