การสื่อสารภายนอกคณะฯ เป็นการเผยแพร่ความรู้ความก้าวหน้าของคณะฯ ผ่านสื่อต่างๆ ทุกแขนง เช่น วิทยุ โทรทัศน์ หนังสือพิมพ์ นิตยสาร / วารสาร โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย อีกทั้งยังเป็นการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดี ระหว่างคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กับสื่อมวลชน การสื่อสารภายในคณะฯ นอกจากการปรับปรุงบอร์ดติดโปสเตอร์และบอร์ดขนาดใหญ่ ท��ำให้ สามารถลดต้นทุนการผลิตโปสเตอร์ จ��ำนวน 404,100 บาท แล้ว ยังได้มีการพัฒนาช่องทางการสื่อสารภายในด้วยการน��ำจอทีวี LCD และ LED มาใช้ส��ำหรับเผยแพร่ข่าวสารความรู้ ภายในคณะฯ ผ่าน สถานีโทรทัศน์ศิริราช (Siriraj Channel) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการ ประชาสัมพันธ์ทางหนึ่ง การด��ำเนินการด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ และการเชิญชวนบริจาค จากการส��ำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้อุปการคุณผู้ท��ำคุณประโยชน์ สื่อมวลชน และศิษย์เก่าแพทย์ศิริราช ในการขยายเวลาการให้ บริการผู้อุปการคุณ ถึงเวลา 20.00 น. ซึ่งได้รับความพึงพอใจ มากกว่า 80% น��ำมาซึ่งความศรัทธา ความเชื่อมั่น บังเกิดภาพลักษณ์ที่ ดีของคณะฯ ส่งผลให้เกิดการบริจาคอย่างต่อเนื่องและได้รับเงิน บริจาคในอัตราเพิ่มขึ้น 19.1 % การจัดตั้งสถานีโทรทัศน์ศิริราช (Siriraj Channel) (ปี 2558 - 2561) เพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางการสื่อสารให้บุคลากรเกิดความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในทิศทางเดียวกัน ในการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ได้อย่างสะดวก รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น โครงการ “เครือข่ายข่าว ศิริราช (SiNews Network)” เป็นการรวม กล่มุของบุคลากรคณะฯตัวแทนภาควชิา / หน่วยงาน ใหมี้ทักษะด้าน งานประชาสัมพันธ์ ตลอดจนเป็นแหล่งข่าวบุคคลในการให้ข้อมูล ข่าวสาร แลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน โดยมุ่งเน้นการสื่อสาร ภายในองค์กรให้มีความรวดเร็ว ทันต่อเหตุการณ์ และสร้าง เครือข่ายงานด้านการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น งานด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ผู้อุปการคุณและการบริจาค The purpose is to disseminate knowledge and advance ments of the Faculty through various free-of-charge communication channels such as radio, television, newspa per, magazine/periodical, resulting in good relationship between the Faculty and mass media agencies This aims to provide cooperate communication to employees. Siriraj Channel and electronic LCD / LED billboards are used to improve communication effectiveness. The restoration of large billboards and poster bulletin boards also saved 404,100 baht of posters production cost. Satisfaction survey of donors, benefactors and mass media shows more than 80% satisfaction on extension of service hours (to 20.00), increasing faith, trust and image; promoting continuous donation; resulting in 19.1% increased donation rate.
