New development was taken to accommodate change in the reimbursement and data exchange processes of the Universal Coverage Scheme (specifically OPD patients with cancer protocols) and to reach debt restructuring with the large debtor accounts, resulting in lower reduced the estimate of allowance for doubtful accounts.
