To support the strategies of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, the Faculty has set up the goals of administrative excellence in finance, budgeting, personnel, skill and professional development, creating academic and research atmosphere, as well as organization culture and bond in order to allocate, develop and maintain potential personnel. As a result, the TQA (Thailand Quality Award) has been introduced to bring the organization toward the excellence. The IT development, as well as the data administration and data bank have been used to implement the effective teaching and learning, research, hospital management and services, as well.
Strategy 6 : Social Responsibility
1. To build and show the leadership in health and social responsibility in every mission, publicize networkings and cooperation among regional communities. The significant projects and activities are implemented under this strategy such as health promotion, virtue and ethic, arts and culture, green communities with clean, safe, and good health, Chalermphrakiat planting tree project, as well as Thonburi train station building conservation, to maintain HRH Prince Mahidol’s goal and to promote humanistic service. |
