Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital has established Siriraj Clinical Research Center (SiCRC) since 2003. Siriraj Clinical Research Center is responsible for promoting and supporting clinical studies on research and development of healthcare products. Siriraj Clinical Research Center has provided the services for government and private institutions.The main services provided by SiCRC are bioequivalence study of generic drugs, and conducting and co-ordinating phase I - IV clinical studies. They are:
- Feasibility survey of conducting phase I - IV clinical studies at Siriraj Hospital
- Provision of qualified and experienced principal investigators for clinical study to be conducted at Siriraj Hospital
- Preparation of clinical research protocol for evaluation of efficacy and safety of healthcare interventions
