 Upon
completion of the pediatric curriculum for 4th, 5th and
6th year medical student, these
students should beable to :-
understand the physiology of, child growth both
mentally, physically and behavior from fetus until the
end of children in normal and
abnormal children
diagnose,
give treatment and prevention of disease or abnormal condition
frequently found in Thailand
point out and solve health problem of children, family
and community with the following 4 measurements:- treatment,
prevention,
promotion and rehabilitation given the appropriate health
resource administration
write a complete medical record with diagnose according
to universal system
give consultation and advice on well and sick child
care to health personnel and transfer patients to the
right person when needed
coordinate
with health personnel and others effectively on academic
and administrative aspects
perform their duty with medical ethics and good relationship
with patients, relatives and colleague
